Use of the App

The App is a mobile game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.

In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock additional content. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Refund requests should be directed to Google Play.

Google Play Games Services

The App uses Google Play Games Services for leaderboards and cloud saves. Your use of these features is subject to Google's Terms of Service. You may opt out by not signing in to Google Play Games; the App will continue to function with local-only progress.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including graphics, sounds, and game design, is the property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved data (local or cloud) will be preserved in all circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
