These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Behave! Kids Behavior Tracker ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

The App is a parenting tool designed to help parents and guardians track and encourage positive behavior in children. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

Your Data

You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the App. We recommend using the export feature to back up your data regularly. Data stored in the App may be lost if you uninstall the App, reset your device, or if your device is damaged.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as a family behavior-tracking tool. You are responsible for all content you enter into the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, sounds, and animations, is the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. These updates may add, modify, or remove features. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon uninstallation, all data stored by the App is permanently deleted.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
